Job summary

Key responsibilities include Supporting individuals with personal care, daily living activities, and mobility. Administering or supporting medication in line with care plans and policies. Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing. Monitoring and reporting changes in physical or mental health. Supporting individuals with appointments, activities, and community involvement.
