Job summary

Great Park Homecare in Windsor is seeking caring Care Assistants to join our in-home team. You will support adults in their own homes with empathy and reliability, using strong communication.

No formal experience or qualifications required — training and development are provided. Vehicle owner/drivers with evening or weekend availability are preferred; self-employed applicants are welcome, and sponsorship is discussed with other providers.

Care Assistant / Support

Location: Windsor

Salary:£14.60 – £31.40 per hour, plus 35p per mile

The Role

They will train, develop and support you to quickly get up and running to safely improve local lives and become a valued member of their care family.

They’d love to also hear from you if you have bags of healthcare experience!

You must be a vehicle owner/driverwith a caring heart, great English communication and offer some evening and/or weekend availability.

They can offer you peace of mind with guaranteed hours. And though they do not have an employment sponsorship licence, they are happy to discuss you working 20 additional hours if you are here on sponsorship with another provider. Self‑employed candidates are welcome to apply.
