Job summary

Optalis is recruiting support workers to provide hands-on care in learning disabilities and neurodiversity support settings across Maidenhead. You will join a flexible team delivering care in supported living, float support, and a community day service; training is provided, DBS checked, and UK right to work required; sponsorship not offered.

Shifts include weekday, weekend and sleep-in cover, with timings and needs varying by location.

Qualifications

• Reliability and consistency in shift patterns.
• Willingness to undertake hands-on care duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and assistance to adults with learning disabilities and neurodiversity.
• Support people in supported living homes across the Maidenhead area.
• Provide community-based float support.
• Work in the community day service at Boyn Hill.
• Undertake sleep-in shifts.
• Work weekday, weekend and sleep-in shifts, with timings and needs varying by location.
