About the Role
As a Rapid Responder, you will support the delivery of safe, high-quality home care services across the allocated Trust zone. Working closely with the Registered Manager and wider team, you will assist with launching new services, supporting hospital discharges, filling care packages.
This role requires flexibility, responsiveness, and a commitment to excellent care. You will also support care staff, ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed, and assist with essential operational tasks such as delivering PPE, care plans, and documentation to help maintain smooth service delivery.
