Job summary

ICCM Ltd is seeking a care professional to support a client with a spinal cord injury at the client’s home in Wirral. You will work with the Live-in Carer to assist with personal care, mobility and daily living, while safeguarding dignity and privacy.

No previous experience is required, and nurse-led training will be provided. The role offers day and night shifts with progression opportunities within City & County Healthcare Group.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Good communications skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries yet develop rapport with the client.
• Nurse Led training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the client with personal care and mobility.
• Attend to medication and catheter care needs.
• Assist with bowel management and maintain client dignity.
• Empower the client to make their own decisions.
