Job summary

Bupa is hiring a Care Assistant for Manley Court Care Home in London. The role involves assisting residents with daily personal care, providing companionship, and supporting nutrition and activities.

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.

• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
