Bupa is seeking a part-time Care Assistant for Woodend Care Home in Altrincham. You will support residents with personal care, nutrition, and social activities, while maintaining care plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and document changes to residents' behaviour in line with legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration per care plan.
• Provide stimulation through social and recreational activities, individually or in groups.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
