We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference in the quality of life for our clients to join our team in East Fife. As a Care professional, you will provide a variety of care and companionship to help keep clients independent in their own homes. This is a part-time position with hours between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and availability every third weekend.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supporting older people to live well at home, providing high-quality care with the support of our team and training. Responsibilities include:

• Minimum 1-hour visits.
• Introducing yourself to new clients.
• Visiting the same clients for continuity and relationship building.
• Providing companionship and social interaction.
• Assisting with daily tasks such as meal prep and light housework.
• Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping.
• Supporting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

QUALIFICATIONS:

No experience or specific qualifications are required as full training is provided. Experience in care settings or caring for family members is a plus. A passion for supporting others, reliability, trustworthiness, respect, and a good sense of humor are essential.
