Job Description
What you’ll do?
Our care assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You’ll also assist with personal care and help clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support with their medication. You’ll be supported by a close-knit care team and accessible managers. Our mobile care app will reduce paperwork and help you deliver high-quality care. Every day will be different, and you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter.
