Northcare (Scotland) Ltd in Stirling invites applications for a Health Care Assistant to join our caring team. You will provide high-quality support to residents at Northcare Residences Stirling, working full-time and earning £13.50 per hour. Training is provided, and there is no sponsorship for international workers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support to residents.
• Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Promoting residents' independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement.
• Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately.
