Ideal Candidate
- Personal Care Assistant/Nurse with experience working with dementia clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, always maintaining dignity and respect.
- Location may include live-in care in the individual's home, community care, supported living schemes, or care homes.
- Engage in activities that create a stimulating and affirming environment for clients.
- Medication Management: Support clients with medication reminders and administration, following prescribed guidelines to ensure adherence.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Welfare Checks: Conduct regular assessments of clients' well-being, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Domestic Tasks: Assist with light household chores to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided, noting clients' progress and any changes in condition, in line with company policies.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address concerns promptly.
- Understand and contribute to improving the lives of individuals through dedicated care.

The Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences sectors.
- Good knowledge and experience working with individuals suffering from dementia.
- Strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
- Caring and collaborative nature.
- Attention to detail, delivering high-standard work following regulated processes.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- Ideally, hold a valid driving license.
