1. Assist residents with clinical, social, and emotional needs, recognizing and addressing their specific requirements.
2. Support residents with a range of needs, from companionship to personal care.
3. Collaborate with nurses and senior care staff to monitor residents' health and report any changes.
4. Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals.
