As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and companionship to residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety. Working closely with a dedicated team, you’ll assist with personal care, mobility, emotional support, and maintaining a calm, reassuring environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting residents with personal care and nightly routines
• Monitoring residents’ well-being and responding to needs throughout the night
• Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment
• Collaborating with the care team to provide individualized support
• Documenting observations and maintaining accurate care records
