Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Care Assistant (Nights) in Southampton to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life. The role involves personal care, emotional support and helping with daily activities within a dedicated care team.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with night shifts, a 44-hour pattern, and a competitive pay rate of £12.71 per hour. Full training and ongoing support are provided to all staff.

About The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for those in your care.
• Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrating kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.
