Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Care Assistant in the United Kingdom to support residents with dignity, independence and quality of life in a warm, supportive home. You will provide high-quality personal care, companionship and assist with daily activities within a caring team.

You will record using Nourish, work closely with colleagues, and receive comprehensive training and ongoing development. The role is full-time with night shifts, 33 hours per week, and benefits including pension, life insurance

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for those in your care.
• Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrating kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are enthusiastic about providing outstanding care and support.

• Are organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
