Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Care Assistant for night shifts at Elvy Court Care Home in Sittingbourne. You will provide personal care, assist with hygiene, and help recognize early signs of risk. A full induction and training programme are provided, and a DBS check plus right-to-work in the UK are required.

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support continuity of services to residents
• Assist residents with all aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity and respect
• Recognise and understand clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection
• Escalate identified risks in a timely manner
• Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality
• Practise safe systems of work across the range of tasks
• Contribute fully to the care team

A Care Assistant post on nights at Elvy Court Care Home, a care home run by Avery Healthcare Group. The work centres on personal care for residents, including help with hygiene, and spotting early signs of risk such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls and infection. No previous experience is needed, as a full induction and training programme is provided. Candidates must pass a DBS check and prove their right to work in the UK.
