Job summary

Springcare is recruiting caring individuals to join our team as Carers. We provide 24-hour care with day and night shifts, helping residents with daily living tasks and promoting dignity and wellbeing.

Applicants should have compassion, patience and good communication. We offer funded training from level 2 to 5, pension access, early pay, and wellbeing support through our recruitment portal.

We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life. The vacancies we have available are 1 x 24 hours, 1x 36 hours, 1x 48 hours per week

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role:

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

8pm until 8am
