Job summary

Springcare is seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. You will help residents with daily activities, support their wellbeing and contribute to a respectful, dignified environment. The role includes assisting with personal care, mealtimes and light household duties within our care home.

We welcome applicants who show compassion, patience and good communication skills, and who can work as part of a supportive team to make a real difference in residents’ lives.

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role:

• helping with washing and dressing

• supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.
