Job summary

Radfield Home Care is recruiting part-time Care Assistants to support clients in Watford and Borehamwood. You will provide in-home care to help people stay independent at home, including personal care, household tasks and companionship.

You must have a car and drive to visit clients. The role includes a 12-week induction and training to ensure safe, confident care delivery.

You must drive and have access to your own vehicle, Please note that we cannot offer

sponsorship.

Pay & Hours:

At Radfield Home care we pay you for your time with the client but also your time travelling between clients plus mileage.

• £13.00/ hour weekdays, £13.50 / hour weekends.

Travel time is paid at your standard hourly rate plus 45p per mile for mileage

Working Patterns:

We are currently looking for candidates who are available to work mornings between 7 am and 12:30 pm along with alternate weekend availability.

We can also offer additional shifts in the evenings if you are looking for additional hours

Area Covered:

Watford, Rickmansworth, Abbots Langley & Kings Langley (Insert Postcodes) and

surrounding areas .

In your role you will:

Provide care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes

A range of support with personal care

Household tasks, medication support and companionship

Induction and Training:

You will complete a 12 week induction and on-boarding programme giving you all the

support you need to confidently and safely provide care to our clients.
