Altogether Care is seeking a Care & Support Worker to help people live independently at home across the Bridgwater community. You will provide personal care and support, travel between visits, and contribute to high-quality care with a person-centered approach.

The role offers flexible part-time and full-time hours, a permanent contract, funded induction, ongoing training and career development in a supportive family-run company.

As a Care & Support Worker, you’ll support people in their own homes across the Bridgwater community, helping them remain independent, confident and able to live life on their own terms.

Driving is essential for this role, and you'll need the ability and willingness to travel between care visits.

We Have a Range Of Shift Patterns Available

• Morning & evening shifts – full or part-time
• Morning-only shifts – full or part-time
• Evening-only shifts – full or part-time
• Weekend-only positions – mornings and/or evenings

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
