Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to visit clients in their own homes across Bath and surrounding areas, helping people stay independent with personal, physical and emotional care. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

We offer a permanent contract, competitive hourly pay (£13.80–£14.30), full induction, ongoing training and career development, mileage allowance and wellbeing support.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

You’ll be travelling throughout the area to provide personal, meaningful care that helps people stay independent and confident in their daily lives.

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
