Job summary

Godden Lodge Care Home in Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex, is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support for residents, including personal care, mobility and nutrition. You will follow care plans, monitor wellbeing and contribute to a safe, dignified living environment.

Full training and ongoing development are provided; experience is helpful but not required. The role offers a clear path for progression and a supportive team in a caring workplace.

Previous experience beneficial but not essential.
