Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in the United Kingdom who will support residents to maintain dignity and independence. You will provide personal care, emotional support, and assist with daily activities while contributing to a warm, caring home environment.

Full training is provided; prior care experience is beneficial though not required. Roles include full-time, part-time, with day shifts and a supportive team in a cherished community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not required; full training and ongoing support provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful experiences for residents.
• Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion and professionalism in all aspects of work.
• Undertake additional duties as required to ensure smooth delivery of care services.
