Qualifications

• 6 months of social care experience preferred.
• Empathy, reliability and good communication are essential.
• Ability to travel between clients within local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with medications and mobility as required.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes.
• Perform light housekeeping and companionship duties.
• Document care provided and report changes in condition.
