St Philips Care is seeking a Care Assistant at The Grove Care Centre in Thurnscoe. Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate daily support to residents, with full training provided and opportunities to learn while you earn.

The role involves helping with daily living activities, following care plans, maintaining dignity and confidentiality, and reporting changes to senior staff. Flexible hours and induction are included as part of the friendly benefit package.

Responsabilités

• Understand and provide the requirements for normal health and assist clients with daily care needs.
• Assist residents with daily activities they would normally undertake themselves.
• Participate in holistic caring activities and promote independence.
• Read and act on care plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' rights.
• Assist with moving, dressing and daily hygiene tasks.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report hazards or unsafe equipment.
• Attend in-service training and mandatory training as required.
