Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily care needs to promote independence.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Move, handle, dress and support residents with daily activities.
• Observe changes in residents and report them to senior staff.
• Attend in-service and mandatory training as required.
