Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• NVQ2 / SVQ2 or QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Willingness to learn and develop in care roles.

Responsibilities

• Understand and provide the requirements for normal health and the effects on the client and family when continued care is needed.
• Assist residents with daily care needs.
• Participate in holistic care activities.
• Promote residents' independence while meeting care plans.
• Move, dress and support daily hygiene for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Attend mandatory training and in-service sessions.
