Qualifications

• Previous experience of care work in a Hospital, Care or Nursing Home.
• A Passion for Care of the Elderly.
• NVQ2 / SVQ2 or QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care or Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily care needs and support independence.
• Read and act on Care Plans to promote continuity of care.
• Move and handle, dress and assist residents with daily hygiene.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to staff.
• Attend in-service training and mandatory training as required.
