Qualifications

• Experience in the Care Sector for a minimum of 3 months.
• Willingness to register with the SSSC and keep it updated.
• Ability to undertake job-related training.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care needs and medication.
• Work in accordance with Support Plans for individual needs.
• Maintain factual records in line with HHC policies.
