Job summary

Agincare in Weymouth is hiring a Home Care Assistant to support people in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, shopping, meals and companionship.

No prior care experience is required; a kind, compassionate nature and strong people skills are key. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are needed, with weekend flexibility.

We offer funded training up to QCF level 5, 48 guaranteed hours, £32,500 per year plus mileage, a company pension and on‑demand pay.

• A minimum of 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines, household tasks and personal care.
