Agincare is hiring a Home Care Assistant in Weymouth. You will support clients with daily routines, personal care, meals, and shopping, while providing companionship and a friendly presence at their homes.

No formal care experience is required; a caring attitude and good interpersonal skills are essential. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred, and there is a welcome bonus and referral incentives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines and personal care.
• Help with shopping, meal prep, and light housework.
• Provide companionship and conversation to brighten the client's day.
• Support with medication administration as directed by care plans.
