Agincare is seeking a Home Carer in Weymouth to support clients at home with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.

No prior care experience is required; a caring attitude and willingness to learn are all you need. We offer fully funded training up to QCF level 5, 48 guaranteed hours, a £500 welcome bonus with additional referral bonus, mileage, pension, and on-demand pay. You must have a full UK driving license.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate , and genuinely passionate about helping others . You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm , caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive , professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence - access to your own car - Required
