• Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team to ensure continuous services for residents.
• Recognise clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections, and escalate identified risks promptly.
• Treat residents and visitors with courtesy, respect dignity and individuality, and practice safe working methods across tasks.
