Job summary

Derive Care Limited is seeking Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide person-centred care across Monmouth and Newport. The role involves visiting clients in their homes in Monmouth and Cardiff, Wales, with travel between visits. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory.

About The Role

Derive Care Limited provides high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care to support individuals to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team across Monmouth and Newport. This is a community-based role involving travel between clients' homes. A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory. Part time - 15-20 hrs a week. Full time - 35-45 hrs a week.

Working Environment

You will work in clients' homes across Monmouth and/or Newport travelling between visits as required. This role involves working independently in the community and may include personal care, mobility support and other physically active duties.
