Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, personal care, meals and companionship. The role involves flexible, weekend shifts and no prior care experience is required as full training is provided.

Work is home-based with a focus on dignity and independence. You will receive funded training up to QCF level 5, career development opportunities and a range of employee benefits, including refer-a-friend incentives and pension

Competenze

• No previous care experience or qualifications required.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Flexible to work alternating weekends.
