Job summary

Bupa UK’s The Kensington Care Home in London is seeking a Care Assistant - Nights to join our dedicated team. You will provide person-centred care, support residents with daily living, and promote independence in a compassionate environment.

The role is permanent, 33 hours per week, with alternate weekends. We value bravery, care and responsibility and offer extensive benefits to support your wellbeing and career at Bupa.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.
