Job summary

Cherrybrook Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare (Care Concern Group), seeks a dedicated Care Assistant in Bradford. The role covers residents with complex dementia, mental health needs and challenging behaviours across two units.

You will provide safe, person centred care that upholds dignity, independence and wellbeing on a 44‑hour weekly contract with days and nights. You will follow care plans, support routines, and build positive relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to obtain.
• Previous care or mental health experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Demonstrates caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
