Job summary

Bluebird Care Stratford & Warwick is hiring a Care Assistant to work part-time or full-time in Stratford & Warwick. You will support customers with daily living activities in their homes, delivering compassionate, high-quality care with dignity.

Role requires a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and excellent communication. Training is provided; a vehicle is beneficial for travel between visits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Kind, compassionate attitude with a calm approach to care.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prep and nutrition.
• Support with medication management and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable friendly face for all customers.
