Job summary

Care Concern Group (Dalgety Bay Care Home) is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care and wellbeing in a warm, person-centered setting.

You will help with mobility, nutrition and emotional support, following care plans to ensure dignity and independence for residents. Full training and ongoing development are provided, welcoming both experienced carers and newcomers to care.

Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork are essential.
• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop in care.
• SVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing according to care plans.
• Contribute to a safe, responsive and consistent care environment.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm, positive atmosphere.
