Job summary

CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED in Scotland (Dunoon) is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support for residents. The role involves helping with daily living, personal care, mobility and wellbeing, in a small care home setting.

The position offers flexible hours, with shift times from 08:00 to 20:00, and includes PVG pension, a uniform, and generous annual leave. Training and development are provided to support career growth.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to deliver safe, responsive and consistent care.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm environment where relationships matter.
• Open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training and ongoing development provided.
