Job summary

Cera is seeking Female Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes in the Penrhyndeudraeth area, with flexibility on shifts and potential travel to nearby towns. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

The role includes learning disability and complex needs support, with options to study NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care and career progression within our care team.

Qualifications

• No experience required and full training provided.
• Opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently in their own home.
• Assist with daily living and promote a safe, healthy and secure living environment.
• Encourage social networks and interaction with families and friends.
• Occasional personal care may be required.
