Job summary

Perfect Care Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support across Spennymoor, Ferryhill, Coxhoe and Bowburn. Enjoy flexible shifts, paid mileage and guaranteed hours on permanent full-time or part-time contracts.

We provide full training and a supportive management team. You will help with meals, medication prompts, personal care, companionship, and outings, while accurately recording daily visits.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
