• Full UK driving licence with own car and business insurance
• Availability to work alternate weekends

• Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication prompts
• Assist with personal care as needed
• Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings
• Encourage client involvement in planning and reviewing their care
• Record and report daily visit information accurately
