Job summary

Care Relief Team Ltd is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support clients living independently in Swinton and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time permanent contracts with guaranteed hours, paid training, and a friendly management team.

You will help with daily tasks, personal care, companionship, and planning of care, while recording visits accurately. A full UK driving licence with your own car and the right to work in the UK are required; sponsorship is

Salary : £26,130 Pro Rata (£13.40 per hour) plus mileage at 40p per mile.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential
