Job summary

All Care Services is recruiting Care Assistants to deliver person-centred home care across Newbury and Thatcham. You will help older adults regain independence in their own homes, with supported visits and local appointments. No prior experience required; full training provided.

Drivers with a full UK licence and own vehicle and business insurance are essential. Right to work in the UK applies, and AM/PM shifts including weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Able to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults across Newbury and Thatcham.
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, light housework, shopping, and companionship.
