Job summary

All Care Services is seeking a Care Assistant to support older adults across Newbury and Thatcham. No experience needed as full training is provided, with a focus on independence and dignity in the home.

You will perform personal care, meal prep, light household tasks and companionship, in a flexible shift pattern, with additional benefits for unsociable hours and holidays. Travel within the local area is required.

Job description

Location: AcrossNewbury and Thatcham

Salary: £13.10 – £13.27 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Newbury and Thatcham area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
