Job summary

Enham is hiring Care Assistants on flexible/ casual contracts to support disabled individuals in a values-driven environment. Shifts run across mornings, afternoons, and nights with options for longer 12-hour shifts and part-time arrangements.

We value empathy, patient care, and a commitment to person-centred support. Successful candidates will verify their right to work in the UK prior to commencement and participate in DBS checks as part of our safeguarding process.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy are required.
• Compassionate, patient approach essential.
• Ideally some experience in a caring environment (hospitality, schools, etc.).
• Willingness to pass DBS check or be on the DBS update service.
