Athena Care Homes are seeking a Care Assistant at Ashlynn Grange Care Home in Peterborough. You will deliver high-quality care to residents, participate in activities and support individual care plans, with progression options and funded apprenticeships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in care settings and relevant care qualifications preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to attend training and complete qualifications.

Aufgaben

• Deliver care to residents with ongoing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Assist residents during meals to ensure appropriate nutrition.
• Participate in activities to promote person-centred care.
• Attend and complete mandatory and developmental training.
