Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking Care Assistants to support residents in a Ripley-area care home. The role offers flexible hours around your main job with weekly pay and night shifts from 21:45 to 07:00.

You will follow care plans, maintain health and safety standards, assist with daily living activities, and work with a supportive team to deliver individualized care. An Enhanced DBS and up-to-date training are required; online training is subsidised if needed, and sponsorship is

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
• Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
• A Referenceable work history
• At least 3 months experience within a formal care home setting

Responsibilities

• Following personal care plans
• Maintaining health and safety standards and complying with requirements of the home
• General housekeeping and domestic duties
• Reporting condition updates and recording fluid intakes
• Helping patients remain as independent as possible and catering to their likes and dislikes
• Assisting with daily living activities including morning and night-time routines
• Working alongside support workers and care works to provide a complex care package tailored to individual needs
• Toileting/bed bathing and strip washing the service users
