You’ll receive training on our new digital care system, learn from experienced colleagues, and benefit from flexible working and a range of wellbeing and family-friendly options. This permanent role offers £13.10–£14.10 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Motivated, positive individuals with great interpersonal skills.
• Support and training provided for new to sector entrants.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Providing companionship and personal care as needed.
• Supporting nurses and seniors, monitoring residents, and reporting changes.
• Communicating with residents' families and other healthcare professionals.
